Announcing the Fit To Be Dad – Unscripted Podcast!

Fit To Be Dad - Unscripted podcast

I’m very excited to announce the brand-new Fit To Be Dad – Unscripted podcast! This endeavor is something completely new to me and entirely out of my comfort zone, but I’m looking forward to it, however it manifests itself. Having a house packed with kids means there’s a lot of background noise so my solution is to record podcast episodes in my car or at my office.

Why “Unscripted”?

I’m calling the podcast Fit To Be Dad – Unscripted (“Unscripted” for short) because, well, there will definitely be more structured episodes where I have something in particular to communicate, while others may be more casual, free-form talks. You’ll definitely have to excuse the hiccups in production quality and my on-air awkwardness, while I get used to this new craziness.

What Will You Talk About?

As the tagline says, the podcast will focus primarily on all things fitness and fatherhood related.

How Often Will There Be a New Episode?

I have no clue. Helpful, right? I’d like to say I’ll have a new episode every week but working full time, beginning my schooling for fitness certifications, and being a dad keeps me pretty busy. New episodes will be recorded when I feel like I have something worth sharing, which is also how I approach my blog.

Where Can I Find It?

I’m glad you asked! I’ll post here on this blog when there’s a new episode, however, if you want to be notified when there’s a new episode, I’d like to invite you to follow this blog on your social channel of choice:

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • Join My Newsletter! Subscribe to receive periodic special mailings, as well as a weekly digest, sent on Saturdays, recapping anything you may have missed during the week from Fit To Be Dad.

For the time being, new podcast episodes can be found by visiting my profile on SoundCloud and once reviewed and accepted, you can also subscribe to it in iTunes!
